Education Counsellor

Experienced2 openings

Guide learners to the right online, distance or hybrid program and university, and stay with them until they enrol.

What you will do

Talk to prospective students on calls, WhatsApp and in person, and understand their goals.
Recommend suitable programs and universities, and explain approvals, fees and scholarships clearly.
Follow up on enquiries and guide students through admission and documents.
Keep accurate records of every conversation and enrolment.

What we look for

Experience as an education counsellor, admissions counsellor or in a similar student-facing role.
Clear, confident communication and a genuine interest in helping people.
Comfortable working with targets and regular follow-ups.
Comfortable with email, spreadsheets and CRM tools.
