At the heart of NeoSkill’s journey is K Joseph Itty (Late), an Indian Army paratrooper who served the nation during the Indo-China War, Indo-Pak War, and the India-Portugal conflict.
His life was shaped by discipline, resilience, and a deep sense of purpose.
When his service in uniform ended, that purpose did not.
It evolved into a mission to guide others toward better futures.

2002- Where it all began
In 2002, in Kaurkachal, Kerala, a small but focused training initiative was started. There were no large campuses or big promises, just a clear intent: to help individuals access better opportunities through structured learning.
2005- New Direction
By 2005, this effort found its direction, supporting nursing professionals in building global careers through IELTS and OET training. What followed was not rapid expansion, but consistent, result-driven growth.

2026- The Evolution
In 2026, the journey entered a new phase. The training ecosystem was formalised and incorporated as a Private Limited Company, alongside the formation of a larger group structure. From this evolution, NeoSkill was launched as a Private Limited Company; designed to go beyond traditional coaching and focus on complete career readiness.
